Product overview:
This product comes in 9 different wood types and 3 different board widths. It is ½" in total thickness and is designed to be custom finished. It is made from either 3 or 5 plies of veneer. It is very stable and does not expand and contract the way lumber solids do when a home fluctuates in humidity levels. From a cost and beauty standpoint unfinished engineered's best applications are over a concrete sub floor or radiant heat or when wide width boards or special wood types are desired. If an unfinished engineered product is chosen because of the species or wide width, it can be nailed or glued to a wooden sub floor.

Other information	Can produce an old floor look with a dark stain. Wonderful character marks in lighter finishes. Harder than oak.

Product overview:
This product is 3/4" in total thickness. It is designed to be nailed to the sub floor and custom finished in the field. From a cost and beauty standpoint, unfinished solids' best application is over a wooden sub floor. It can be used on a concrete slab, but only if plywood is first glued to the sub floor or if special preparations were made in the concrete slab. We offer Red and White Oak in our solids line.

Product overview:
This product is 3/8" total thickness and is designed to be installed without any further finishing. It currently comes in Northern Red Oak in two colors. The applications are the same as for the UNFINISHED ENGINEERED. This product offers the advantage of no sanding and thus can be good for remodeling. It trades off custom choices in wood variety and finishing options for ease of installation and a somewhat lower cost per square foot.
