Where to Purchase a Howell Floor
Most builders and homeowners are best served to buy from a dependable flooring contractor in their area. The professionalism, the quality of the complete job and the total price usually are best when a flooring contractor is involved. If this is the route you choose, have your flooring contractor contact us with the information asked for in Step 4 (the final checklist). Shipping options
Order quantities are customized to fit your project. They are shipped to you, via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers, either your location, the job site, or the trucking terminal.

Payment methods
We have a variety of payment methods including house accounts, major credit cards, e-checks, and COD shipments.

Lead Time
You will need to consider both our lead time as a supplier and the lead time of the installation process. Although most products are inventory items that are ready for immediate shipment, some custom items may need additional time.

Warranty information

Unfinished Engineered Flooring - Life time structural warranty

Howell warrants it flooring against delamination for the life of the floor, provided the delamination is not caused by flooding or excessive concrete moisture greater than 3%.

Prefinished Flooring - 15 year wear warranty

Howell offers a 15 year wear warranty and a lifetime structural warranty on all of its prefinished products.

Solid Lumber Flooring - NOFMA certified

All of our solid wood flooring meets NOFMA certification on grading and machining.
